Workshop FAQs

Everything you need to know before joining your next photographic adventure.

While a DSLR or mirrorless camera with manual controls is highly recommended, participants can bring any camera they are comfortable with. Specific workshops may have additional recommendations for lenses, tripods, and filters, which will be provided upon registration. Don't worry, we'll help you make the most of what you have!
Many of our workshops are designed with beginners in mind, providing fundamental knowledge and hands-on guidance. Each workshop description specifies the recommended skill level. We also offer advanced sessions for those looking to refine specific techniques.
Workshop fees typically include all instruction, field guiding, and access to post-processing demonstrations. Lodging, meals, and transportation are generally not included unless explicitly stated in the individual workshop details. We can provide recommendations for accommodations and local dining.
Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the workshop's meeting point. However, we often facilitate carpooling among participants for field excursions once the workshop has begun. Details will be shared closer to the workshop date.
